By accessing and using PulseFit, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you are not authorized to use the Service.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the PulseFit App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
Health and Fitness Disclaimer
The PulseFit App provides fitness, workout, and wellness content for informational and educational purposes only. The App does not provide medical advice. Always consult a physician or qualified healthcare provider before starting any exercise or nutrition program. Use of the App is at your own risk.
Account Registration and Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify PulseFit App immediately if you believe your account has been compromised or used without authorization.
App Payments and Billing
The PulseFit App offers subscription based access to certain features and content. When you purchase a subscription, you authorize PulseFit App or its third party payment processors to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis according to the subscription plan you choose. Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non refundable except where required by law. Pricing and subscription terms may change at any time. Any changes will be communicated before they take effect. All payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. PulseFit App does not collect or store your payment card information.
Free Trials
If the PulseFit App offers a free trial, the trial will automatically convert into a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before the trial ends. Trial eligibility and duration may vary and are subject to change.
Update, Change, or Cancel Your Account and App Subscription
You may manage, update, or cancel your PulseFit App subscription at any time through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account settings. Deleting the App does not cancel your subscription. You are responsible for canceling your subscription through the appropriate platform before the next billing cycle to avoid charges. No refunds or credits will be issued for partial subscription periods unless required by law.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
- Using the Service for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems.
- Interfering with the proper functioning of the Service.
- Uploading or transmitting any viruses, malware, or other harmful code.
- Engaging in any activity that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Service.
- Using automated systems or software to extract data from the Service without permission.
1Intellectual Property
All content within the PulseFit App, including workouts, videos, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks, is owned by or licensed to PulseFit App and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit any content without prior written permission.
Termination
PulseFit App may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms or misuse the App. You may stop using the App at any time, but termination does not relieve you of payment obligations already incurred.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The PulseFit App is provided as is and as available. PulseFit App makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted access, accuracy, or error free operation.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PulseFit App shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
Changes to These Terms
PulseFit App may update these Terms of Use at any time. Updates will be posted within the App or on the website with a revised effective date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
